Ordering was easy and simple. impressed with the delivery as well, all the way from Poland to Australia in just over a week. The tow bar was fitted with no problem, but the only small issue was that the electrics had to be replaced with an Australian standard unit. All in all, it looks great and very discreet - -------------------REPLY----------------- Thanks for your feedback. We include a round 7 Pin plug so as to take advantage of the hideaway bracket. If you prefer a flat/rectangular 7 Pin plug - you an pick up a plastic flat socket for a couple of bucks and connect to the provided kit - couple of minutes work. Alternatively, if you wish to have the socket hide/swing under the bumper when not in use, you can pick up an adapter from Bunnings
