Ordering process was easy and arrived quickly & undamaged. The tow bar fits well & works perfect. The quality is excellent. I used the original MOPAR wiring harness and had to install the 7 pin, swing down, connector on the opposite side to instructions, as wiring harness was a bit short. The instructions could be better, as there is a large metal bracket behind the bumper, which has to be removed and only way to do this is by removing the rear bumper, if bracket remains causes bumper to flex out, creating a large gap against body. My advise, is remove the rear bumper & then fit the tow bar, much easer install this way. Provides a processional look, with no bumper cutting, therefore leaving your number plate on the bumper & not having to install an ugly relocation bracket on the spare wheel. The Hitch also does not set off the park sensors & aligns perfectly with the centre line of the reversing camera. Highly recommend this hitch set up.
