An overall great experience. The product was very well explained and easy to order and once payment was confirmed tower was delivered within about seven days. The install process was equally hassle free, with the contractors coming to my home and installed and tested within a couple hours. I have used the tower on about four occasions now and it is very functional and easily removed when not needed. Both sales staff and installation staff are to be commended and I recommend them to anyone wanting this type of tower
