The online ordering was easy and the towbar arrived quickly. It looks to be of good quality, but there has been a delay with fitting it . I booked it in for fitting on the day it came, but the local mobile installer was booked out for 3 weeks, so I cannot comment on performance of the item at this stage. Fitting will cost a reasonable $350. ---------------REPLY-------------- Thank you for your feedback, its always best to request fitting while placing your order, just mention that fitting is required in the comments section of the checkout page. We try to coordinate the fitting as close as we can to the delivery date.

Could not find a towbar for the GLC anywhere! These guys had both the towbar and dedicated wiring loom to me in out 8 days. Could not be happier, can finally tow with my new MB. Thank you.
