I live on the mid-north coast of NSW and own a Mini Cooper Hatch. I wanted a towbar and the ONLY help that I could get was from Etowbars. Eventually I was able to find an installer locally so that I wouldn't need to drive to Sydney for installation so I ordered and paid for my towbar online. To my surprise the payment was made to Gdansk in Poland and I was given a tracking number. To my surprise I followed my towbar across Europe from Poland via Cologne, Charles de Gaulle (Paris), Singapore, Sydney and ten days later it arrived on my front doorstep. Brilliant!!!! My towbar has been installed - it fitted perfectly.
