Our tow bars are made in Europe and have full European approval e/E. Your tow bar is certified to the highest standards (94/20/EC commonly referred to as EC type approval = starting with 'e' on the tow bar plate; and/or ECE 55/01 - also compliant with Australian Design Standard ADR 62/02) = starting with 'E' on the tow bar plate).

Our tow bars are all designed using 3D technologies and undergo computer simulations to verify any weak points and to study the dynamics of the structure when driving. Every design has to undergo a stress test of at least two million cycles.

I'm really happy with the product. I installed this myself without too much trouble. I had to google how to pull the boot trim off to get access to the wires for the towbar electrical kit. The manual told me to take the back seats out to completely remove the trim. I didn't do this - I could get enough access to find the wires by unclipping as much as I could then flexing the trim forward while it was still held in place by the back seats. Make sure to measure twice and cut once when cutting the hole in your plastic bumper!

Great tow bar. The template to cut the hole in the bumper was reversed however - it was telling me to cut the offset from centre on the wrong side. Lucky I checked the bumper against where the tow bar and electrical connection was actually located.
