What is your policy on returns?
We'd like you to be completely happy with your purchase.
In the unlikely event that any goods etowbars.com supplies are found to be defective, we will happily provide a full refund and cover all delivery and return shipping costs.
To return or exchange merchandise, please contact our customer service department by emailing info(at)etowbars.com or by filling in our online return form within 15 days of their delivery date.
Prior to ordering please check the production date and model carefully! Each vehicle requires a specific towbar. Sport models eg AMG-line , M pack, GT usually require a compatible towbar - please double check the "SPECIFICATION" section to ensure it will fit - contact us if in doubt. Returns are accepted if you let us know 15 days after delivery and the goods are returned to us within 28 days of their delivery date in the condition that they were supplied.
Please indicate the reason for the return and the action to be taken (exchange or refund). For your protection, please insure your package for its full value. Unfortunately, we cannot accept parcels sent via collect, or COD. Customers wishing to make a return are responsible for the cost associated with shipping the product back to our facilities.
Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed within 7-10 business days. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance Department. Please note that items showing signs of wear or damage in any way cannot be accepted for return. The returned item must be in saleble condition, meaning it must be in the same condition in which you received it.
NB. Delivery charges/costs incurred by us are non refundable.
