The X6 is now in its 3rd generation, can the new 2020 BMW X6 tow? Need a towbar for your BMW X6 (G06)? 

Finding a truly 'unique' vehicle, that will turn heads is not easy, but for quite some time, the BMW X6 was just that. From the 2008 launch date, a never before seen mash-up of a bulky SUV with a sporty coupé – the SUV Coupe was born.

The 2020 model-year X6, known as the G06, has an predictable evolutionary design with a bold front end featuring a new interpretation of BMW’s signature grille that can now be had with optional illumination, and broad-shouldered body and heavily curved roof line.  At the rear, the new BMW model is arguably sleeker than ever before.

With wide door openings and chunky grab handles, it’s easy to clamber inside the big X6, and even tall adults will have more than enough room to stretch out in the front.

The boot is fractionally bigger than before, as well. The X6 is 26mm longer and 15mm wider, and the wheelbase has been stretched by 42mm, too, meaning there’s more room inside. That’s a neat trick given how much less physically imposing the new X6 looks compared with its predecessor. Either way, it feels like a class act inside, with top quality materials and a greater sense of space – especially in the rear.  

It seems illogical, the now larger new BMW X6 can break 0-100km/h in just 4.3 seconds. This is a quick, stylish and tech-laden ‘SUV Coupe’ that continues BMW’s tradition of a style-focused five-door family hauler with all the trimmings.
