Our tow bars are made in Europe and have full European approval e/E. Your tow bar is certified to the highest standards (94/20/EC commonly referred to as EC type approval = starting with 'e' on the tow bar plate; and/or ECE 55/01 - also compliant with Australian Design Standard ADR 62/02) = starting with 'E' on the tow bar plate).

Our tow bars are all designed using 3D technologies and undergo computer simulations to verify any weak points and to study the dynamics of the structure when driving. Every design has to undergo a stress test of at least two million cycles.

I was quite happy with the arrival of the Tow bar, the installation was carried out by the 2 man fitting crew in cheerfully manner & happy to discuss the fitment of the bar, and demonstrate its use. I have yet to attach my caravan , which is 1.5 tonnes loaded with a weight at the tow ball of 75Kgs, the bar is rated at 1.8 tonnes, along with My BMW which would be within specifications, however with my previous vehicles have used Evans Bros & Hayman Reece revelling systems with this Van, my concern is that, if the vehicles have are unbalanced in their alignment, is there a leveling system available to be used with his tow bar?. Customer service from Pete was excellent. He responded to all my request for information immediately and was very helpful . His product knowledge made the purchase and fitment of the tow bar a stress free experience. The tow bar wiring worked well with all of the electronics on the BMW and there were no problems with any of the sensors. Paulo fitted the tow bar quickly and expertly but the detachable tow ball unit would not operate correctly.This was probably an isolated product defect. After contacting Pete a new tow ball replacement unit arrived from Poland very quickly and now the unit functions as expected. The tow bar and removable tow ball are a very sturdy unit that I would recommend.
