“ Really pleased with the quality and price of these towbars. This is the second tow bar I have ordered from this company and very happy with the customer help and efficiency of delivery here to NZ. Alfa Romeo Stelvio Premium tow bar looks fantastic , because you can see nothing when its removed. My Peugeot Expert Van , Quick Release , so easy to operate and very little structure left to see when removed. Would definitely purchase again from this company. Many thanks  „

“ It is a really great tow bar, which my local mechanic had no problems fitting. Love the fact that it is easy to detach, as with other cars I have often managed to walk into the tow bar which can be painful. Also if someone does hit the tow bar with their car it can do your own car significant damage, so removing this chance is a good thing. So happy to recommend this Euro Towbar product „

“ The tow bar frame was fitted but the tow "ball" wouldn't attach. A quick email to Pete and almost instantly instructions were sent back on how to release the tension on the tow ball (2 minute job) and the tow ball attached as intended. The key wouldn't turn to lock the locking arm so emailed Pete and he immediately dispatched a new locking arm with instructions on how to change it, again a 2 minute job. The tow bar IS invisible, you wouldn't know it was there. A very minor cut had to be made at the bottom of the bumper but unless you knew it was there you wouldn't notice it. So there were a couple of issues but overall with the prompt response and and no quibble sending of the replacement part, I am very happy with the tow bar and the customer service I received. I would recommend this tow bar and Euro Towbars and would confidently buy from them again. REPLY: Thank you for your comments. Occasionally things do go wrong. In the unlikely event that our customers face an issue, we do our utmost to rectify it ASAP.  „

“ I have been using the Towbar for a month or so now, carrying 2 ebikes on a Yakima rack. It works perfectly and is exactly what I needed. The install was no super easy and you may need 2 people. I did elect not to put in the wiring harness as it was super complicated. I say that in that the instructions for both the Towbar and the harness did not exactly match what I was sent and they were very short on detail. I would have liked a step by step video especially for the harness and to show what to expect when disconnecting everything. The product is perfect for the job and looks very neat and tidy. „

“ Customer service from Pete was excellent. He responded to all my request for information immediately and was very helpful . His product knowledge made the purchase and fitment of the tow bar a stress free experience. The tow bar wiring worked well with all of the electronics on the BMW and there were no problems with any of the sensors. Paulo fitted the tow bar quickly and expertly but the detachable tow ball unit would not operate correctly.This was probably an isolated product defect. After contacting Pete a new tow ball replacement unit arrived from Poland very quickly and now the unit functions as expected. The tow bar and removable tow ball are a very sturdy unit that I would recommend. „

“ Overall, very happy with the purchase. Only issue is that the rear park sensors beep when I am reversing the trailer. No beeping when going forward but beeps when reversing the trailer. Pretty sure that the rear sensor blocker was included in the purchase so may have just been wired in wrongly ? Any advice most welcome. Not a big deal, but would be nice to resolve. Other than that I am very happy with the purchase. I was a little nervous buying something so expensive without another install to reference and only very sketchy photos but the product does what it says in the title and is near enough invisible when the swan neck is removed and the 7pin plug connector swung up out of the way. A bonus was that there was no need to cut the bumper or diffuser, the rectangular hole in the diffuser as supplied with the car being all that was needed (I think. Someone else installed it for me but didnt mention having to cut the diffuser and nothing was evident from the rear) --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------REPLY--------------------- The universal wiring kit has the ability to turn off the parking sensor when a trailer is attached. The PDC controller must be located and the "pink" wire connects to the (- ve ground) of your PDC module. It acts like a reed switch - power is not provided to the Parking Distance Control unit when a trailer is plugged in. It depends on the exact PDC unit - fitted to your VW. If it is not possible the parking sensors can be turned off from the dash when towing. „

I had a number of queries about suitability of the Westfalia model that were prompt and expertly answered by Pete from your Customer Service Team. The fitting team from The Towbar Guys in Melbourne was exceptional (thanks Arion) for communication and installation. The product fitted perfectly and worked without a problem when we took our two e-bikes (24kg each) up to Bright for the week. The beauty of the invisible model is that it is truly invisible when the swan neck is removed - the car behaves normally (no problem with the reversing camera or electronics). Very clever design which proves the nay-sayers (BMW and competitors) are wrong to express doubts about compatibility! Absolutely no regrets, this is a quality product and does what it says... “ Tow bar was easy to fit by mechanic and the instructions were easy to follow. small issue with the bracket holding the number plate, because when you remove the back plate there is now no longer a point to attach the number plate through to from the body side. Mechanic made a bracket so all good. The tow bar neck is solid when inserted into the main section of the bar and comes out easily but is still firm as you would expect. the mechanism that holds the goose neck part of the bar is well designed and when it is removed, you would not know the car has a tow bar. I am very impressed with the overall design. package came well packed and easy to lug around and did not take long to arrive. good job etowbars  „
