*Some models (BMW X5's 7 Seater GLEs, Tesla, BMW IX, some EV/Hybrid models if modifications are needed etc) attract a surcharge due to the extended time required for the fitting.  ​

How it works:

• Order your towbar online.  

• If you live or work within our Gold Coast towbar fitting areas above, just leave your preferred fitting address and contact number in the comments section when ordering

• Our friendly Gold Coast towbar fitting partner will contact you to schedule a towbar fitting time as soon as we have a confirmed delivery date from the courier. We attempt to schedule your towbar fitting in approx 7 working days from receiving your order.  Special order towbars can take an additional 3-5 days to be delivered. There are times when our mobile fitting partner are fully booked (prior to school holidays, long weekends, Easter, X-mas etc), we will endeavour to fit your towbar at the earliest slot available.  If you do plan to use your towbar just prior to a busy period, please order your towbar well in advance.

• Payment for the towbar fitting needs to be made at the completion of the job, directly to the towbar fitting partner.  

Limitations to our work

In order for our Gold Coast mobile towbar fitting partner to install your towbar we require:

1. Space

Our towbar fitting partner will need to park their vehicles directly behind or at the side of your vehicle in order to complete any work. Our Gold Coast towbar fitting partner will need adequate room to work on your vehicle and with close access to their vehicle to use tools required to complete fitments etc.

2.Safety

You must ensure the safety of our towbar fitting partner. We can not fit towbars or complete any work on a busy road or any of the such. Our Gold Coast towbar installers need to be able to work in a safe area without risking any harm to themselves or your vehicle. Driveways or garages are ideal.

Terms and conditions:

Booking date & time

One of our Gold Coast on-site towbar fitting partner will contact you once we have a firm delivery date from the courier, to arrange a mutually convenient time slot for our fitting partner to visit. The job can take up from 1.5 - 4 hours to complete, depending on your vehicle.

Once the booking is confirmed by phone, the towbar fitting partner are prompt and honour the towbar fitting slot. Occasionally, we will need to change the fitting date depending on issues beyond our control: towbar delivery delays, fitting partner sickness etc. In the unlikely event, we need to change the date of your booking we will give you as much notice as possible.

Our Gold Coast mobile towbar fitting partner ensure that they arrive during the indicated time period and to complete the work within the estimated time given to you. It is important to remember that arrival times are estimated because occasionally there might be traffic issues in Gold Coast or problems outside of our control which can delay our towbar fitting partner. The mobile fitting partner will inform you as soon as reasonably practicable of any delays or complications.

The fitting of a towbar to your vehicle will be subject to a visual inspection of your vehicle prior to the work starting. Visible damage existing on your vehicle will be brought to your attention by our towbar fitting partner before starting work on your vehicle.

We are unable to install a towbar on corroded metal. If we find your vehicle to be corroded, we will stop work and explain your options.  

Should additional work be found necessary during the course of the towbar fitting which would cause the price to be exceeded, we will explain the additional work required and seek your authorisation for the additional costs to be incurred before proceeding.
