“ I fitted the unit myself. Towbar took a little bit longer than suggested to fit but I did not want to rush the job. Fitted easily and instructions were very good. Wiring was easy - just took time to ensure that side panels came off without damage. Very nice unit and not at all visible - would not know it was there unless you were told about it. „

“ Fitted the retractable towbar to my 2018 R-line Tiguan 162. once I figured out how to remove the Tiguan bumper (not easy...), fitting the towbar was no problem. All fitted perfectly fine to existing holes in the car chassis. In the installation kit includes 2 angles and 2 foam-blocks. could not figure out wherte to fit them. It would be great if the installation instructions would be more detailled. More information is required on how to exactly remove the Tiguan bumper cover and where the angles and foam blocks are to be installed. I will email a fe pictures of the towbar installation process. “ I have been delighted with the Towbar but even more pleased with the fantastic service provided by the company. The towbar itself is very well made and the instructions are good. My car is a fairly rare model and we were not certain the towbar would fit. Some modifications were required to clear the muffler and the organisation was marvellous. They expertly modified the required parts and quickly shipped them to me in Australia. Also, their communication is fantastic. Before, during and after the purchase, they were very helpful. It seemed as if I could email them night or day, weekdays or weekends and there was always a professional response waiting for me a few hours later. So, overall a fantastic experience from a fantastic organisation. Based on my experiences, I have absolutely no hesitation in totally recommending them and their products. THANK YOU! „

“ arrived fast but there was nothing left of the box, could do with some packaging in the box to stop towbar sliding around, seems to be good quality, though a bit heavy, instructions took a bit of following but got there in the end, took 1 hour 15 mins to remove bumper, fit towbar and refit bumper so a fairly simple job. „
