Well made and undetectable. Would prefer there to have been safety chain attachment points on both sides, rather than just one. One small flaw with the VW Arteon towbar is that the plug socket had to be mounted sideways, otherwise the bumper prevents you from lifting (or lowering) the flap to insert the plug. I couldn't find a towbar for my 2019 Arteon in Australia. The guys at etowbars supplied everything I needed. The towbar arrived within a week of ordering and was in perfect condition when it arrived. My VW dealer fitted the bar without any issues. When the towball is not attached it really is invisible. Great job etowbars!

Almost given up finding a towbar. These guys delivered directly to my dealer and they said the fitting was a piece of cake.
