What payment methods do you accept?


We accept all major Credit Cards. You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information. You will be able to Pay Online using our Payment Gateway Partner: STRIPE, Ireland EU    


We keep you safe. Additional security measure: the new 3D Secure process verifies that you, the cardholder, are the one making the purchase and that your card is not being used fraudulently.


3D Secure™ (or 3DS) is a secure online payment service available for Visa and MasterCard cards. The authentication procedure is simple and involves 3 steps.
- Place your order and enter your card information on the checkout page.
- If the 3DS security system is activated for your card, a 3D Secure™ window will open. Your bank will ask you to verify your identity by entering an authentication code. In most cases, this is a single-use security code/“One-Time-Password” ( OTP ) that is sent to you by your issuing bank via SMS to your mobile phone number registered with your bank. 
- Once you enter the correct security code and your payment is accepted, your order will be processed.


Once your payment is processed and received successfully your purchase will be packed and shipped to the delivery address supplied during checkout.


When will my credit card be charged?


Your credit card will be charged straight after the checkout upon successful processing by our Payment Gateway Partner.


I need a copy of my invoice.


If you require an invoice please fill in all your company information during checkout and it will be emailed to the email address supplied.  You can always contact customer service at info(a) with your order number and they will send a copy over.


What address should I enter in the billing information screen?

For credit card verification, you must enter the address exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. You do not need to enter a middle name or initial. Note that the billing country should match the country choice you made at the beginning of the checkout. Changing the billing country may cause prices, availability or shipping charges to change in the shopping cart.


Should I put spaces or dashes in the credit card number?


No. Your card number should be entered in as a continuous string of numbers.


Why are you not accepting my credit card?


There are many reasons for a failed credit card transaction. Your card may have expired or reached its limit or a credit card computer, either on our end or your bank's end may have encountered a machine error. If you do have problems, you can contact Customer Service, 7 days a week. Please provide them any error message numbers you may have received, as well as the order number from the shopping cart.
